Innovation has always been at the heart of the Jonco philosophy, these are some of the innovations Jonco Die Co Inc offers:

LeGard
A Jonco original product now made available to the entire industry through Wagner Die Supplies. We identified the lead edge knives as the most common failure point of rotary dies. Use of LeGards prevents the lead knife from flexing or bending over and allowing trim buildup.

Ladder Score
This Jonco patented score creates a square, accurate and easier folding double score formed with the flute direction or across flutes.

FlipEZ
This Jonco patented high speed rubber product was developed with ease of maintenance in mind. Simply snap out any worn FlipEZ and snap in the new replacement piece. Available in three shapes for: Lead trim, Trail trim and Scrap areas. This product is also available in glue-on version.

PTL
Plastic Trim Lifter has proven itself invaluable when sheet miss-feeds and the resulting short sliver trim build up on the lead edge are a common occurrence. PTL functions as a full lead edge stripping plate to sweep even the smallest scrap away from the product flow.

Adjustable Hardware
Our hardware was designed to eliminate some of the common problems with current adjustable die hardware. The two way adjustable hardware replaces the routered style with a simple slot and clamp piece, eliminating bolt damage to product and to the wood surface. Our four way adjustable hardware eliminates the problems of bolt heads puncturing the corrugated and wood wear resulting in loss of clamp force.

Rotary Reverse Score
This Jonco patent pending unique score frees up production capacity by allowing reverse scoring to be done on a soft anvil rotary press. The score created can be folded with noticeably less force in either direction.

Custom Wide Score
Jonco can create custom width solid steel scores from 1/8" up to as wide as you require.
